1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Zest 1 lemon
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Steps:
1- Mix all ingredients and shake vigorously to combine. Save it in the fridge for up to 7 days.
