But white male Democrat House speakers may go the way of the dodo bird, the mastodon, and the white Southern Democrat congressman because of his party's embrace of racial politics.
The Congressional Black Caucus and Nancy Pelosi are battling to see who will be the House speaker, the Hill reported. White males need not apply because Democrats have embraced affirmative action.
Democrats decided their future is using racial minorities as voting blocs to build a permanent majority after white people become a plurality sometime in 2050. Part of its marketing plan is to demonize white males. National socialist parties always need a scapegoat.
As CNN anchor Don Lemon said, "We have to stop demonizing people and realize that the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them."
He meant "start" when he said "stop."
But 2050 is 32 years away.
Go back to 1986. Did you think that after three decades of Democrat control, the House would ever return to Republicans? Did you think the Soviet Union would collapse? Did you think Donald John Trump would be president?
If so, you should have bet on each one and made billions.
The Yiddish proverb, “Mann Tracht, Un Gott Lacht,” is true. Man plans, and God laughs.
Consider this story from CNN in 2014: "Georgia Rep John Barrow, a pro-gun, fiscally conservative Democrat, who was running for his sixth term, lost to Republican businessman Rick Allen.
"The same night that the last white Southern Democrat serving in the House lost, South Carolina elected Tim Scott, an African American Republican, to the Senate in South Carolina. Scott becomes the first African American to be elected in the South and the first to start a full term since Reconstruction."
Democrats are going: What? Black people can vote Republican? That's crazy talk right there. Next thing you know, you will be telling me there are Hispanic Republicans in the Senate named Cruz and Rubio.
Dividing people by race, religion, and ethnicity is a formula for disaster. Already the words "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic – Islamophobic – you name it," as Hillary put it, are a basket of meaningless epithets.
If a black man can get away with labeling all white men terrorists, then we as a country have embraced racism. It's sad. I don't like it. I don't defend it.
In this cowardly throwback world, when people call me racist, I smile and realize they have admitted they lost the argument.
The Black Caucus is demanding its turn. I don't blame the caucus. The caucus provides the votes, it should get the power. I would demand power too.
By kicking white males to the curb, Democrats are returning to being to the Party of Racism because that worked in the post-Civil War South.
But I doubt it will work in America in the 21st century because there will be inter-racial feuds. What happens when the Hispanic caucus demands a speakership?
And what happens when Hispanics begin identifying as white?
