Right now, at this very moment, I have to say that I am so lucky. I have the GREATEST friends around! All I have known since elementary school. We all get together when we can. We all have new families and new priorities. Being one of the three gay one's, I got to sit, turn on the computer, and look at the picture's they choose to share.
My friends today are the same friends I had since high school. Thanks to FACEBOOK, I still see some of them on a regular basis. That's amazing to me. I am so grateful. My best friend is still the one I had in junior high!
AND now I have a new set of friends who compliment my profession. They make me REALLY like it! The new lovelies. These are the people I see a lot! They keep me grounded in a arena I don't always feel comfortable in. They make me laugh, share GOOD and sometimes juicy stories, motivate me and INSPIRE!
...and they really care.
