JUSTIN Bieber has vowed he will never return to jail as she shared his mugshots from when he was arrested in Florida on January 23, 2014.

The Despacito singer was arrested on a number of charges three years ago, including driving his Lamborghini while under the influence.

He captioned the mugshots: "Mugshot #jailsnotacoolplacetobe, #notfun #neveragain".

Justin, 23, was also charged with driving with an expired license and resisting arrest when confronted by police in the sunshine state.

The police report stated the then 19-year-old singer had been drag racing and his eyes were bloodshot and his breath smelled of alcohol when the officer pulled him over.

The report also said Bieber swore at the officer when he was told he was going to be frisked and blustered.

He said: "I ain't got no f*** weapons. Why do you have to search me? What the f*** is this about?"

According to TMZ, Chantel Jeffries was in Justin's car while he had been allegedly racing rapper Khalil, who also had his mugshot taken on the night.

After his arrest, a $2,500 bail was posted on his behalf and he was released from jail.

However, the drama didn't stop there as he famously sat on top of the roof of his car and waved at fans waiting outside.

TMZ later published Bieber's toxicology report revealing he tested positive for THC and Alprazolam, which is present in Xanax.

Later that year, Bieber accepted a plea bargain of 12 hours of anger management classes and a $50,000 fine to charity.

The young star avoided prison despite pleading guilty to the serious charges of resisting arrest and careless driving.

Meanwhile, Bieber's latest brush with the law came back in April when his ex-neighbours accused him of anti-Semetic hate crime after his bodyguard called him 'a Jew boy after he egged his house in 2014.
